Description
Thank you Deviant Survivor for giving me the push and the inspiration to paint something I wanted to do for ages.
Deviant Survivor Challenge Three: Life & Death. My team had death but I hope that's obvious. And I chose to attempt to paint one of the most memorable death scenes of classic literature. Ophelia's drowning. I hope I did it justice.
Some feedback here please. Too much detail or too little?
Used the lovely empatia-stock for reference.[link]

Oh this is beautiful. She looks so perfectly, emptily dead.
As far as the detail level, you might make it a bit more intricate around the face and maybe the flowers, just to add some emphasis and make them pop a bit more.
And I like that you made her a redhead! It's interesting. I feel like I usually see Ophelia painted as blonde.
